Operated by Startup Colors UG, Vision Health Pioneers Incubator is an early-stage startup incubator helping first-time founders to validate, develop, and market a product idea for better healthcare in Germany. Funded by the Senate of Berlin and the European Social Fund with 1.5 million euro, Vision Health Pioneers Incubator is one of the rare incubators in Berlin that focus on digital health – currently a thrilling innovation field! The incubator is facilitating two program batches over 2 years and for the execution of the second batch, which starts in January 2021, we need your support.

Have you always been interested in discovering the startup world and its challenges? Then, this internship is made for you! You will work closely with the startups of the incubator in order to understand their needs and objectives and support them with specific coaching and mentoring plans. Similar to a startup team, the team of Vision Health Pioneers Incubator is also small, international and self-organized. Entrepreneurial mindset is key to thrive in our team!
Your profile:
- Recently completed or currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or (Business) Engineering
- Have strong analytical and organizational skills
- Fast learner, take initiatives, and have a ‘can do’ attitude
- Think critically and like to challenge yourself
- Eager to work in an international environment and love the word “team”
- Comfortable with using MS Office
- First experience in a fast-paced startup environment or working independently
- An effective communicator in English and, as a plus, in German
- Curious about the healthcare industry
