Carrus Cultus GmbH strives for sustainable growth and market penetration with its flagship brand Herrenfahrt. Business development and sales were a core part of Christoph's Inside the Venture support project in the context of his M.Sc. thesis.  In the practical project, Christoph has developed a branding strategy including all the fudamental due diligence: Major parts of his work include conceptualization of the dues diligence, survey design, actual surveying plus evaluation and deriving implications. Further, he has helped advance the positioning of Herrenfahrt's online store and improved sales channels. In his adjunct theoretical paper, Christoph has analyzed luxury marketing in an interconnected e-commerce world and talked to several leading luxury brands in in-depth interviews.
