In his master’s thesis “Maintaining Critical Success Factors in Innovation Networks & Assessment of TAIM Consulting internationalization“ Ákos Bartolits derives a framework for critical success factors in innovation networks on the basis of a literature review combined with 6 semi-structured expert interviews in part one. In the following part of his thesis, he works with TAIM. TAIM is a Freiburg-based spinout consulting firm co-founded by scientists affiliated with Freiburg University/ SciConomy (technology and innovation transfer) in the excellence cluster microTec Südwest. TAIM is currently planning to offer a service portfolio around its methodology centered on the technological, economic, and regulatory environment. The consulting focus of the spinout is focused on coordinated innovation networks of SMEs. Part of the practical project was an in-depth market evaluation.
