The cross-border exchange programme supports aspiring European New Entrepreneurs in acquiring necessary skills to run a small or medium sized business. The programme gives New Entrepreneurs the chance to work and collaborate with an experienced Host Entrepreneur while staying in its company for a period of 1 to 6 months. The stay is partially funded by the European Commission.
The New Entrepreneur benefits from the on-the-job training in the company of the Host Entrepreneur elsewhere in the European Union.* Furthermore the New Entrepreneur gets the chance to access new markets, to build international cooperation and to identify potential possibilities for the collaboration with a business partner abroad.
On the other side, the Host Entrepreneur benefits from fresh perspectives on his/her business and receives the opportunity to cooperate with a foreign partner and to learn about new markets.
