Our partner Getsafe is currently looking for a trainee in business development. Getsafe is reinventing insurance. The insurtech company from Heidelberg is creating technology to make insurance simple, transparent, and fair: With just a few clicks, customers can learn about, buy, and manage insurance conveniently on their smartphone. Getsafe sees itself as a technology company that is active in the insurance sector - not the other way around. Together with renowned partners such as Munich Re and leading venture capital investors, Getsafe is bringing the concept of multi-line insurance into the digital age in a consumer-friendly way.

Role Description

Are you looking for a traineeship that could really have an impact on growth and fortune of one of Germany´s fastest growing Insurtech startup? Your tasks

• You will be responsible for market and competition analysis and deducate concrete recomendations for the board
• You take part in conceptualizing and implementing strategies to enter international markets and new business fields
• You will conceptualize and implement projects in the fields of project and product managent, online marketing, operations or sourcing
• You will identify and rate business opportunities and set up key figure analysis and business cases
• You will help us actively to optimize our internal processes
• You will identify cooperation opportunities

About you

• You are student in an advanced stage of your studies with an excellent academic perfomance
• You already have gained professional experience in consulting and/or startups
• You are able to bring forward your topics and deliver results
• Good communication skills are also an asset, including good writing and expression skills
• Flexibility, creativity and thoroughness should be some of your strengths
