This workshop is aimed at entrepreneurs whose Startup has left the seed phase and now has to face HR challenges and market developments while also requiring efficient change management.
The focus will be centered around leadership skills, HR practices and organisational development. Participants will gain access to guidelines, practical know-how and further their skills. All this will be achieved through presentations, group work, discussions and short individual training sessions.
