Starting on Tuesday, December 3rd, the Osborne Clarke Legal Lounge offers entrepreneurs and young Startups a great opportunity to learn about legal issues surrounding the foundation of a venture.
This time, Philip Meichssner, lawyer and partner at Osborne Clarke will talk about VC financing and common pitfalls in investment and shareholder agreements. Mr. Meichssner will share insights about typical equity contracts and talk about potential challenges. Further, he will outline benefitial solutions and arrangements for Startups to deal with this issue. Following his presentation, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss relevant issues. The presentation will be held in German.
