Xena Dx is an early-stage healthtech startup building AI-based diagnostic solutions for women’s health. Their first product is a non-invasive diagnostic tool for endometriosis, a painful gynaecological condition affecting 10% of women. They are working with top endometriosis specialists and AI labs in the world. If you are a passionate, proactive and entrepreneurial student or graduate, they are looking for you to work on our business development activities!
Responsibilities:
• Researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities.
• Building relationships with potential customers and partners.
• Assisting with the development of business plans and strategies.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the industry and competitors.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (recently graduated or soon finishing).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proactive and action-oriented, you enjoy learning and have a growth mindset.
• Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and to quickly adapt to shifting priorities.
• Fluent in German and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
