Intern to the CEO @AiSupervision AI supervision

Your Role

As intern, you will work directly and closely with the CEO Sascha. You will support him with day-to-day business and also help plan and execute projects individually. This includes visiting factories, working with hardware and speaking with clients. Responsibilities

Manage and drive your own projects: At AiSupervision you will get responsibility from day one. Right now hands on help in rolling out new factories and getting customers on board is needed.

Support the business: Help the CEO to master daily challenges and get deep insights into specifics of running a start up. Critically question, analyze and improve existing processes: AI supervision constantly aims to improve the existing setup with maximum efficiency. Help build the best possible version of AiSupervision.

Strive for excellence and learn from the team: You strive to deliver the best possible experience for users by empowering them through effective work. You will work closely together with the CEO, shaping your understanding of how to deliver best results given a certain problem fit.


Requirements

You are studying business administration, economics, industrial engineering or similar.
Ability to respond to changing priorities in an evolving business environment and to coordinate multiple projects.
Strong solution finding abilities with new, creative approaches on how to overcome challenges.
Quick learning. Demonstration of abilities to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information.
Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.
Flexible and able to adapt to a broad range of tasks and situations.
Genuine interest in and curiosity about the manufacturing industry.
Excited about learning new technology.
Strong and responsive communication skills
Willingness to “get your hands dirty” and working on the factory shop flow to fix hardware if required.
Fluent in English and German.
Driving License (B2 or equivalent).
