Amorelie - Takeover by ProSiebenSat. 1?

Amorelie - Takeover by ProSiebenSat. 1?

2 years ago an alumni of Mannheim University, Leah-Sophie Cramer, founded the lovetoy and lifestyle webstore Amorelie.
When returning to give a Founder Talk she presented her marketing strategy and talked about her plans with her company.

In the seed round Paua Ventures, Otto Capital and some private investors backed the startup with financing. Since completing their Round-A also German Startups Group, TA Ventures and ProSiebenSat.1 were part of the investor pool.

Part of Amorelie's deal with ProSiebenSat.1 was a media for equity agreement, which the broadcasting network now seeks to extend by raising their shares from 23% to 75% according to Exciting Commerce.

So far Leah-Sophie Cramer and her business partner Sebastian Pollok have only confirmed the antitrust-check, but we are expecting to hear more about this case in the coming weeks.
