In the past years many Usability and UX techniques have been developed, but what is their role in business management?
How can these techniques be implemented into the software development process, product management and the entire business management.

In order to take on this exciting developments, the Initiative "Usability in Germany" has decided to devote its upcoming spring conference to the topic "Connecting the Dots - Management and UX". On the 23rd of March, scholars and business representatives will come together at the University of Mannheim to discuss how one might focus ones product experience design more on the customers emotions.
