Many founders choose a GmbH or an UG as their type of enterprise when founding a business and then function as CEO themselves. In most cases, the reason for this is the desire to avoid personal liability. However, especially from their position as CEO of a GmbH or UG, liability risks in various other fields emerge. Such fields are for instance the fields of criminal law and the law of taxation.
Jochen Lorsbach, lawyer at the council of Morsbach & Sommer, will hold a lecture addressing this precious subject. The lecture will not only focus on the presentation of potential risks, but also show potential solutions and organizational measures to limit the personal liability of CEOS. Further Mr. Morsbach will talk about insurance opportunities of general liabilities. -
