This time, Philip Meichssner, lawyer and partner at Osborne Clarke will talk about VC financing and common pitfalls in equity contracts. Mr. Meichssner will share insights about typical equity agreements and talk about potential challenges. Further, he will outline benefitial solutions and arrangements for Startups to deal with this issue. Following his presentation, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss relevant issues. The presentation will be held in German.
