In their MAN 633 Inside the Venture project (Fall2017), Jonathan Bünemann, Nils Blarr and Elisabeth Gourlin have supported the Mannheim based Startup SurveyCircle.
SurveyCircle is an international research platform based on the principle of mutual support. The website enables students, PhD candidates, researchers, founders, and startups to find participants for online surveys by supporting each other. That is, the more often a researcher takes part in other people’s surveys, the more participants will eventually take part in the researcher’s own survey. Investigators who are currently working on their questionnaire or planning their research projects can use SurveyCircle to get inspiration from ongoing studies that are listed in the platform’s Survey Ranking. People who do not conduct their own survey but are still interested in research topics, can experience and support current research projects on SurveyCircle by participating in studies of their choice.
The team from the University of Mannheim and SurveyCircle worked together on some strategic topics that will play an important role in the future development of the startup. The student team submit a strategic report, containing hands on insight and key elements for the business´s growth and development.
